i like so many others, had ike storm damaged, my ajuster had turn me down for a new roof, we had roof leaks all over the place. i called advanced roofing soluitions, and they sent tim payne right out. come to find out he is the owner over the company. the frist thing mr payne did is order a reinspection of my roof. mr payne meet with the insurance ajuster and after what seamed like hours had gone by. the ajuster came to my door and said you have a good contractor here he pointed out all the storm damaged areas. it cost very little @ that point to put a new roof on, the other roofing companys that gave us bid were very high. the other roofing companys that came to my house, never sugested to have a reinspection. they just gave me a bid and asked for a down payment. advanced roofing solutions, mr payne put our new roof on and did not ask for any money up front. i paid mr payne about weak latter. he also invoiced my insurance company and let me pay the balance ten days after that. besides doing my roof , mr payne also runs a remodeling copany. they painted both inside and out side of my house. mr payne fix some areas of brick and drywall repairs. they repaired my bath tub and shower. we area very very very happy with all the work that advanced roofing solutions did to our home. after mr payne finised my house, two other people on my street had advanced roofing solutions put new roofs on there homes.
